Firm’s Responsibility: Design-Build Contractor
Scope: A Design/Build, 6,324 SF pre-engineered steel building that houses an automotive lube, tire and light maintenance facility, restrooms, waiting area and sales area. Exterior envelope is a Nucor steel frame and sided building, accented with split face CMU and Aluminum Composite panels. The interior construction consisted of a CMU separation wall and metal stud and drywall office partitions.
Self-Performed Services: Sitework, site utilities, pre-engineered building erection, foundations, acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware.
