Firm’s Responsibility: Design-Build Contractor
Scope: A Design-Build 1,307 SF split face masonry piers and wood constructed roof with metal roofing structure for a partially enclosed Tiki bar. The exterior walls are clear glass overhead doors that can be closed during bad weather and allow patrons to still enjoy the bars’ atmosphere. The bar is constructed with a 3’ wide x 84’ long x 3” thick poured-in-place concrete top.
Self-Performed Services: Sitework, foundation install, wood framing and both exterior and interior trim work.
