Project Details: Primary Colors is a commercial company that packages various snacks, treats, and sweets for all ages. The enterprise ships products worldwide. After processing products for 10 years in an existing facility, Primary Colors was out of space and looking for a new, expandable location. Once awarded the project, Simonson Construction Services, Inc.’s Design, Excavation, and Building divisions self-performed over 29,000 man-hours for the project. The facility provides the owner with improved production flow and functionality with an opportunity for future expansion.
