Scope: Phase 1 consisted of replacing the existing UV system, replacing/enlarging tertiary filter piping and distribution system, fine screen replacement and screen chamber modifications.
Phase 2 consisted of massive earthwork to construct a 5.1 million gallon concrete-lined EQ basin.
Phase 3 was full depth removal and reconstruction of the entrance road.
