Firm’s Responsibility: Design/Build Contractor
Scope: Complete interior renovation of a 12,000 SF single story office building. This project involved consolidating 3 remote community services under one roof. It combined a six chair dental clinic, a four exam room health center and 3 classroom play area head start program and a financial aid service for the less fortunate.
Self-Performed Services: Design, demolition, site development, concrete, carpentry doors, frames, and hardware.
