The University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Associates renovated an 11,400 SF facility to serve its patients in a functional, modern facility. Before the medical clinic renovation, the underutilized space consisted of four administrative offices, a meeting area, and storage. The renovated space includes 24 exam rooms, a testing laboratory, physicians’ offices, and more. This medical clinic renovation was highly anticipated, having been in the planning process for several years. The clinic layout is more functional, allowing several providers to serve multiple clients with ease.
