Firm’s Responsibility: Site Development Contractor
Scope: Situated on a 8.6 acre greenfield site, this project began with preparation of land within the Ashland Business Park. We got off to a muddy start in the spring of 2018 as the site development contractor, but soon weather broke and we continued on schedule for the new 59,000 SF SJE Rhombus facility. New stormwater infrastructure, 22,000 CY of soil moving and all new utilities were part of this scope.
