Building Details: The two-story Skilled Nursing Facility houses 20 beds and post-acute skilled rehabilitation on the 1st floor. Independent living apartment units are on the 2nd floor. These rooms include either 1 or 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room, laundry area and a full bathroom.
The Wellness & Events Center includes a fitness areas, a physical therapy pool, conference rooms & office spaces. A test kitchen is off the main lobby for resident/community demonstrations. The Event Center, which can be divided into 3 large areas, is available to the community for various needs/uses i.e. meetings, weddings/receptions, etc. This area also includes audio/visual equipment for presentations.
Self Performed Work: Site development, site utilities, foundations, miscellaneous structural steel, fiber cement siding & trim, finish carpentry and interior finishes
